Of Elton And Rush – We Don’t Have to Care But We Might Choose To Do So Anyway

EJRL Poll

I am not exaggerating, when I heard that some of the gay or pro-gay community are furious with Elton John for performing at Rush Limbaugh's wedding, I was shocked.  I thought they would be excited that the highest profile conservative in America would invite one of the world's highest profile gay men to sing at his wedding. The disparity of what I would expect between their reaction led me, on a whim, to conduct a poll on my personal blog.  I put it there and not here because I wasn't sure where and if I was even going to blog about this.  As I got public and private feedback, plus a … [Read more...]

At the same time, you know I and millions of others will be praying for those who have decided to take part in the National Equality March.  I will be praying for the … [Read more...]

Exodus Global Alliance Conference Creates Controversy in Melbourne Australia

Lovelinx

Please read the whole article spotlighting the conference. Here are selected quotes and a few responses: GAY rights activists will confront conference organisers who have vowed to “liberate” people from homosexuality in a two-day seminar at a Mitcham church. Really? ... "vowed to liberate?"  I am thinking they are there to present lessons from their viewpoint and those attending can take it or leave it.  We, including EGA (Exodus Global Alliance) I am sure, have a positive view of those who attend our conferences in that we trust they are able to listen, evaluate and apply what they … [Read more...]
