Of our two hundred and forty Member Agencies out there, around 40 of them are professional counselors.  Over the past year or so we have had a great increase in the number of reports coming in threatening counselors who are willing to help people with unwanted homosexuality.  Lately, Californian therapists are being threatened. Disney Makes Right Decision Concerning “Ex-Gay” Policy

Over the past year, PFOX worked within Disney circles to force a vote by shareholders to include "ex-gays" as a part of the Disney corporate non-discrimination policy.  Disney rejected the measure in terms that would make "landslide" seem a vast understatement (by 98%.) As stated before here and here, I don't think trying to adding another layer of identity politics to the culture war is a good idea. The language PFOX uses is confusing. The Manhattan Declaration on Marriage

Last week 152 Orthodox, Catholic and Evangelical leaders issued the Manhattan Declaration that makes a commitment to speak to issues of Life, Marriage and Religious Liberty (link to file download at the end of the post.)  The authors did a very good job of explaining their positions and intentions within the manifesto.
